I have private insurance, will my insurance cover my medical supplies same as medicare because I qualified for the insurance because I have medicaid?

Generally, most private insurance and medicare replacement (insurance you qualified for because you have medicare) follow most of the same medicare guidelines.  The only way to know is to check eligibility and benefits.

I have HMO insurance.  Can I get my medical supplies from the company of my choice?

No, though some HMO insurance have both in-network and out of network benefit, most have only in-network benefits and prefer you to use an in-network company or the medical equipment will not be covered.  Therefore, be sure to check with your HMO first before purchasing medical equipment.
