All of our business enterprises have many administrative tasks. Often we are so focused on other core aspects that we neglect the functionality of our offices. Yet, the administrative functions are generally involved with our first or most frequent contacts with our customers and suppliers. "Lean" improvements can no longer be the exclusive process for manufacturing.

A lean office is not only efficient in how its physical layout is constructed but also in how effective the communication aspects and document transfers are completed. Although some of the methods used for Office Lean are similar to the Lean Manufacturing process, we deliver a package that is especially designed and suited for the office environment. We've set up a general syllabus of our Lean Office program for you to use as a general guideline of our course.
